Hi, I'm Matt

I'm a certified personal trainer and a qualified mental health and exercise coach. I've helped a number of people achieve their goals physically as well as mentally. My mission is to help you build a strong body, and an even stronger mind, to allow you to become the best version of yourself.

Qualifications

I started out attaining a Higher National Diploma in Sports Coaching at the City of Glasgow College before going on to study at the University of Stirling and the University of the West of Scotland studying Sports Studies and Sports Science.

I completed my dissertation looking into the psychological components of Transformation Leadership and the effects different coaching characteristics have on individuals preference when choosing a coach.

 

In more recent years I became a fully accredited Personal Trainer, Gym Instructor and a qualified Mental Health and Exercise Coach.
